Sally Hansen has launched a revolutionary nail polish for us ladies – the Sally Hansen salon effects real nail polish strips. Its quite simple, you get 16 polish strips of different sizes to match your nails, you then peel the clear protective plastic cover and the strip from the backing paper. You then choose the side of the strip that best fits the shape of your cuticles and break the silver tab from the strip. Apply the strip against the cuticle line and hold at the center for maximum control and file away the excess nail polish. The best part is that its not a glue on…its REAL! To remove it, simple use nail polish remover and it comes right off. I tried out the CHECK IT OUT nail polish strips to demonstrates…they come in a great variety of colors and styles to best fit all of your individual looks. L’ eau de Chloe

I recently tried out the new perfume by Chloe and really like it – a perfect summer scent. Chosen for her natural beauty and her spontaneous personality, the french actress and model camille rowe- pourcheresse is the new face of l’eau de chloé. Main accords include rose, patchouli, floral, earthy and woody. Check out the video I posted with the making of the video.

Loving this shade from the Sally Hansen Complete Salon manicure range “Kook-a-Mango”. Perfect shade for the summer and looks amazing with a tan. I apologize for applying my nail polish so poorly but I’ve had it on for a while now…but you get the point :)

I’m a freak when it comes to shoes…total freak and my friends all know that about me. In order for my followers to get to know me a little better, I’m going to post from time to time new things I bought to give style tips. This week, my new splurge was some beige Dior heels with chains. I’m so in love! These shoes are actually super comfortable and look great with jeans or a dress.

Spend your summer with FACES

First, mix Guerlain Terracotta Blush Sun Shimmer Highlighter in Spicy Coral with your favorite foundation and apply on the cheekbones with a foundation brush to ensure the best coverage.

Next add Diorskin Nude Tan Nude Glow Sun Powder in Honey with a large blush brush on the cheeks starting from ears to the cheeks and using light feathery blending motions.

Then use the newest Dior 5 Couleur Eyeshadow in Aurora. Start with the copper shade in the inner crease of the upper eye lid, blending outwards. Lancel Elsa bag : 25th Anniversary

Madonna : Truth or Dare

The time has come; Madonna has finally launched her perfume, Truth or Dare. For those of you who don’t know this yet, its her first perfume ever and can be purchased at Faces exclusively until end of June then in major outlets. The perfume includes white floral, animalic, tuberose, floral and amber.  

l got the perfume and tried it out. My comments are that I really like the bottle but I was shocked by the scent. Even though its a nice scent, I don’t feel that it is very ‘Madonna’ – I expected something a bit different coming from her but overall a great buy.
